Practical AI PD, Built for Educators

At ClassroomAI Institute, we believe that AI should simplify—not complicate—the work of teaching. Our mission is to help districts use AI responsibly and effectively so educators can spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time inspiring students.

We provide hands-on, research-informed professional learning that empowers teachers to design engaging, standards-aligned lessons using AI. Our approach is practical, transparent, and deeply grounded in classroom experience—no buzzwords, just real strategies that make a measurable difference.

Meet Lauren Schultz, Founder

Before founding ClassroomAI Institute, I spent 18 years teaching 5th and 6th grade, across all subject areas. I loved helping students grow as thinkers and creators—but like most teachers, I also felt the pressure of endless planning, grading, and differentiation.

When I began exploring AI tools, I saw their potential to give teachers something precious: time. Used thoughtfully, AI can make teaching more efficient, more creative, and more personalized. That realization inspired me to start ClassroomAI Institute—to help districts bring AI into classrooms in a way that’s safe, ethical, and educator-centered.

Today, I design and lead professional development that meets teachers where they are. My sessions are approachable, engaging, and filled with immediately useful takeaways. Each one is built on a simple idea: when teachers feel confident and supported, students thrive.

AI is only as powerful as the people who use it. ClassroomAI Institute emphasizes responsible, human-centered adoption—always guided by strong pedagogy and professional trust.

We believe:

  • Practicality beats perfection. Tools should simplify teachers’ work, not add new burdens.

  • Professional trust matters. Teachers deserve clear guidance and time-saving strategies—not one more “initiative.”

  • Student learning comes first. Every AI strategy connects back to engagement, equity, and high-quality instruction.

Grounded in Pedagogy. Centered on People.
